One of the newly established departments within the General Administration for Development and Training, it is responsible for enhancing and documenting the relationship between the administration and the beneficiaries of its services. It also oversees the implementation of training programs not included in the annual training plan by organizing seminars and special meetings in cooperation with relevant entities, in order to maximize the benefit of field training for students.
